Steven brings over 25 years of business development and customer service experience with him. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Steven received his B.S. from Indiana University. Steven has been involved in successfully building two companies, with his focus on market strategy and customer relations.
With over 13 years working with elder care related industries, Steven understands the processes and procedures involved. He has extensive experience with project management, and how to go beyond client expectations to ease transitions. His leadership skills have also been utilized for civic organizations, where he has served as a board member for the Goodwill Industries Business Advisory Board, Jewish Community Relations Council, Congregation Shaarey Tefilla, and the Bureau of Jewish Education.
In addition to his responsibilities for T3 Transitions, Steven is a happily married father of two boys. In his spare time, Steven enjoys cooking, movies, fitness, and Indiana Basketball.

Brandon is the founder of T3 Transitions. T3 Transitions is the result of Brandon’s professional transition following thirty plus years in healthcare. He brings a passion for discovering value in healthcare, project management, and family to T3. His clinical and administrative experience has set the tone for T3 Transitions services.
Brandon is a strategic thinker and project manager. The result of his project management endeavors can be seen throughout Central Indiana and whose impact has touched thousands of Central Indiana lives. An avid civic leader, he has provided leadership for United Way of Central Indiana, The 500 Festival, Indianapolis Children’s Museum, Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis, and the Bureau of Jewish Education. He served on the Community Home Health Services Board of Directors and currently is a member of the Indianapolis Dementia Coalition.
Brandon and his family are natives of Indianapolis. The father of two adult sons, Eddie Roger and Miles Roger, Brandon is married to Cantor Janice Roger. Cantor Roger is a member of the Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation clergy team and has served the community for over thirty-seven years. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys photography, writing, and most of all spending time with his family.
